"Make a Positive Postural Impact"!!


"Make a Positive Impact!!!" Hello everyone, whether it is youth, seniors, desk or construction jobs, we are here for everyone seeking to find a positive change and renew their health. Today's focus is on daily postural habits you may not be aware of. Can you relate to feeling discomfort from slumping posture at your job, or at home on your PC or laptop??

Sitting positions can cause this type of slouched slumping posture which can lead to muscle aches, back pain and headaches. Great health can be possible and our body's strength can be renewed with chiropractic care.

Below is an example of a body builder's posture being affected by his slumping. This can create neck pain, back pain, and even headaches. His health could benefit from chiropractic care.

Weight loss and Headaches

Wishing everyone a healthy week. We are continuing to track results of our weight loss program. We have a very happy person who has successfully lost 30 pounds in 4 weeks. The pounds are coming off !! We are tuned in to helping our patients continue to see results and improve their health. Another winning result, after 2 weeks a different participant has lost 16 pounds. Way to go, Congratulations !!!!

On a Health Note: Headaches. Headaches are frequently overlooked as a misalignment of the spine. Specific chiropractic adjustments can correct the misalignment of the spine and eliminate headaches. Many patients report headache relief after chiropractic care. Get started today!!

Disc Conditions

Good evening, the power is on, the energy is up and the pounds are falling off. Our weight loss program is a huge success, in 3 weeks one lady has lost 26 pounds in 3 weeks, others have lost 15 pounds in 1 week. "Congratulations!!!!"

On a Health Note: Here are a few tips on how to avoid disc problems: 1. Do specific lumbar exercises daily. 2. Wear arch supports to decrease the stress to the lumbar discs. 3. Apply proper lifting techniques ( lift with your legs as much as possible). Many patients have avoided needless surgery or a dependency on pain pills by choosing conservative noninvasive chiropractic care.
